California Department of Transportation officials and others gathered on Friday morning to celebrate the completion of Antlers Bridge near Lakehead. They sat near the Antlers Resort boat launch at Lake Shasta with a view of the bridge in the distance, as trucks and cars sped by on Interstate 5 over the new span.
