Bridge Design and Construction Engineering firm, Finley Engineering Group (FINLEY) is thrilled to welcome Bridge Designer Junfeng Li, E.I. to its Tallahassee-based office.
Li has both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in civil engineering. A native of Xi’an, China, He most recently graduated with his master’s degree from Michigan State University in May of 2018. As a research assistant at Michigan State University, Li wrote his thesis on Mechanical Response of Metallic Tube with Structural Defect Filled with Compressible Liquid . Additionally, Li worked as a Civil Engineer Intern for Advanced Architectural Products in Hamilton, Michigan. During his time at Advanced Architectural Products he completed research and development-testing for various innovative research projects including Accelerated Weather Testing.
While in East Lansing, Li worked on a project for Michigan State’s Spartan Stadium North-end Reconstruct using BIM. Li is highly-skilled with various CAD software programs and an active member of the Civil Engineering Honor Society.
