The Sutong Bridge is a longest main span (1,088m) cable-stayed bridge in the world.  It spans the Yangtze River in the People’s Republic of China. The two side spans are 300m each, and there are four small cable spans.  Two towers of the bridge are 306m high and the second tallest in the world.  The total length of the bridge is 8,146m; main bridge is 2,088m; the main span is 1,088m; span lengths 2 x 100m-300m-1088m-300m 2 x 100m; the total area is 325,00sq.m.
